Coghlan's Artisan Bakers is a family owned and managed artisan bakery founded in 1988 by Brendan and Yolanda Coghlan.
Coghlan's Artisan Bakery produce an extensive range of award winning Gourmet Burger Buns, Baps and Pastries of the highest quality, we offer a creative bespoke service to the country's top chefs and catering establishments.
The success of our range of products is largely due to the dedication of our team who are passionate about bringing new and innovative products to the market.
We apply traditional time honoured methods, at Coghlan's we pride ourselves on the high quality of our ingredients we use, the consistency of our finished products and the outstanding service we provide to all our customers.
Our state of the art plant is located in Co. Kildare. In recent years we have expanded our plant and invested in top of the range equipment to better service our customers.
We have recently launched our new range of all natural hand crafted 100% Organic Breads, these breads are produced in our newly built bespoke certified Organic Bakery.
Our Organic Bakery specialises in a long fermentation process, the breads are stone baked in traditional rattan baskets in our wood fired carbon free oven.
Our site operates to the highest standards in food safety and is graded against the BRC's global safety standard, our grade is AA, we are members of RSPO, Organic Trust CLG.
We are also proud members of Bord Bia's Origin Green Sustainability programme.
