The Gallagher family have been baking in Co. Donegal since 1968. Our product range at the time consisted of fresh everyday baked breads which is a tradition which continues to this day.
In 2012 we developed a range of gluten free products that broke away from the industry norm. All our breads, rolls, and bagels are high in fibre and low in fat and sugar along with a great taste and texture.
Such has been the success of these gluten free products that we have extended the range to include cakes, muffins, cookies with continuous focus on developing world class NPD. We currently ship our products all over the world from Sydney to New York, servicing some of the biggest retailers and food service providers in the world. Our customers include Woolworths and Coles in Australia, Metro and Sobeys in Canada, Kroger, Shop Rite, Harris Teeter and Starbucks in the USA. We also supply Tesco, Dunnes, Supervalu, Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburys, Starbucks, Marks and Spencer to name a few across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
